ID Cards

Crestwood ID CardID cards are required for access to certain Parks Department facilities and benefits. Crestwood residents must have an ID card to receive resident rates for programming and access to facilities, while nonresidents need an ID card for admission to the Aquatic Center. All ID cards must be renewed annually at the Community Center, with residency verification required for residents. Replacement cards are available for a $5 fee.

  • Costs $5 per household member (included with All Facility or Recreation Pass purchase)
  • Is issued at the Community Center with two forms of ID:
    • One must be a valid photo ID
    • The second can be a voter ID card, personal property tax receipt, or unpaid utility bill

Nonresidents may qualify for discounted Community Center and Aquatic Center passes if they:

Work for a business in Crestwood

  • Must show proof of employment (e.g., current pay stub)

Attend school in the Lindbergh School District

  • Must provide two forms of residency verification, including:
    • One photo ID with a current Lindbergh School District address
    • The second can be a voter ID card, personal property tax receipt, or unpaid utility bill
