A Place For Integrity

Board ChambersThe Administration Department includes the City Administrator’s Office, City Clerk’s Office, Finance Office, Human Resources, Communications, the Office of City Planning and Economic Development, and the Crestwood Municipal Division of the St. Louis County Circuit Court. Together, these offices support daily operations, long-term planning, internal services, and public outreach across the City.

Although it represents the smallest portion of the City’s operating budget, the Administration team delivers a wide range of essential services, including:

  • Carrying out the policies of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen
  • Preparing and managing the City budget
  • Issuing licenses and permits
  • Receiving and investing City tax revenue
