The City of Crestwood congratulates Park Maintenance Crew Leader Bryan Reeves on graduating from the Maintenance Management School through the National Recreation and Park Association.
The program is a professional development opportunity focused on building and managing a wide range of park maintenance operations. During the first year, participants learn core maintenance management techniques, while the second year expands on those skills with more advanced, specialized training.
Over the course of the program, Reeves developed skills in planning and organization, employee evaluation, legal liability, public image and contract management, along with other areas of parks management.
Reeves has worked with the City of Crestwood since 2020.
