About Alderman Hall
Term: April 2025-April 2028
Alderman Hall and his wife, Sandra, have lived in Crestwood for more than 30 years. Residing in the third home they have owned in the City, they consider it a privilege to have raised their sons, Lawton and Aaron, in such a strong community. The Halls have been members of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Crestwood for more than 20 years. Alderman Hall currently serves as finance chairman and previously served as president of the congregation from 2013 to 2016.
A graduate of Harding University with a bachelor's degree in mathematics, Alderman Hall had a 23-year career in telecommunications with SBC Communications Inc. in St. Louis. After taking early retirement from SBC, he began a second career in municipal government, serving as the director of administration for the city of Arnold from 2002 until his retirement in 2014. His responsibilities included managing information technology, the municipal court office, and city hall operations, as well as overseeing right-of-way, easement, and property acquisitions for public works and redevelopment projects. He also served as acting public works director for one year, acting parks and recreation director for three months, and construction coordinator for the Arnold Commons shopping center development.
Alderman Hall previously served on the Board of Aldermen from April 2019 to April 2022 and April 2022 to April 2025. He welcomes input from residents and looks forward to using his experience to serve Ward 3.
