Dear Crestwood Resident,
The City of Crestwood has approved the development plan and construction plans for the Crestwood Crossing development that includes the Dierbergs Market and eighty-one homes to be built by McBride & Son Homes. As you may or may not know, construction work hours are Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., unless extended hours are granted by the Director of Public Works.
Due to potential summer extreme temperatures and heat advisories, the construction work hours have been extended to start as early as 6:00 a.m. This has been authorized to provide some relief to the on-site workforce. On any given day there could be up to 150 workers on site. During the summer of 2022 there were multiple heat related medical incidents on the Crestwood Crossing Development.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, including the noise and dust. The staff on-site is trying to limit these issues as-much-as-possible.
