Proper Cannabis has submitted a request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the operation of a Comprehensive Marijuana Dispensary at 9933 Watson Rd. Proper Cannabis was approved to operate a Medical Marijuana Dispensary at this location in spring 2022.
The request for a new CUP will be presented at a public hearing before the before the Planning, Zoning, and Architectural Review Commission of the City of Crestwood, Missouri on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom teleconference for the purpose of hearing all citizens’ written and oral comments regarding items related to the proposed redevelopment.
