Landscape Code
The City updated the Landscape Code in Chapter 26 of the City Code to better achieve the goals of the Watson Road Overlay Area district and Comprehensive Plan.
Status: The City of Crestwood issued an RFP for consultation to assist in the re-drafting of the city's Landscape Code in October 2020. Public meetings with the Planning, Zoning, and Architectural Review Commission and the Board of Aldermen continued through summer 2021 in drafting the proposed code update. On July 7, 2021, the Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the proposed code amendments in a public hearing.
On August 24, 2021 the Board of Aldermen voted to adopt the proposed update to the city's Landscape Code in Chapter 26 of the City Code.
